If you are younger than 19 you will need parental consent on the Flu shot form. This form was emailed to you from Student Health.
Annual flu vaccinations are free to all students, staff and faculty at Bryan College of Health Sciences
Do not receive the flu shot if you are sick with fever, sore throat, or flu-like symptoms.
